Fancy Barn- We have three connected barns at Kateland. The barn on the far left is used for breeding and birthing. The facility includes a wash stall as well as a treadmill, an office and a rest room. This barn contains 13 stalls, two of which are monitored by a video camera. The office serves as a bedroom during foaling season. Gelding Barn- The barn on the far right is used for geldings and driving equipment used in training programs. This barn includes a work shop and storage for hay. This barn has eight stalls. Middle Barn– This barn has 16 stalls and is used for mares, weanlings, yearlings and the overflow of geldings. This barn is between the other two and the covered area. Some how we manage to handle 60-70 miniatures in these facilities. Needless to say many live two in a stall. Show Barn- The show barn has 27 stalls which are limited to use by visitors, show activities, auction and isolations.
